Biography
Dr. Jennifer Grace completed her PhD at the University of Birmingham, UK, where she focused on mental health and early intervention in psychosis. Her research was conducted in partnership with The Prince's Trust, Birmingham Local Authority, and The Collaboration in Leadership for Applied Health Research. To further her expertise, she studied at the University of Cambridge, specializing in psychotherapeutic interventions.
With a strong foundation in community and healthcare leadership, Jennifer has successfully implemented complex healthcare provisions and gained valuable insights into social care policy and practice. Currently, she serves as a Senior Lecturer, facilitating NHS MBA programs and leading social care and industry engagement initiatives. Her entrepreneurial spirit has also driven her to lead businesses in property and healthcare provision.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has demonstrated a commitment to improving healthcare systems and addressing the needs of vulnerable populations. Her leadership and innovation have made a significant impact on both academic and practical aspects of healthcare delivery.
Looking ahead, Jennifer plans to focus on the role of social injustice and inequality within modern systems, furthering her mission to create equitable healthcare opportunities for all.
